Get Involved

Volunteers play a significant role in supporting the Camaraderie Foundation.

With the help of our dedicated volunteers, we are committed to supporting our post-9/11 military service members and their families as they heal from the impact that war has had on their lives.

As we expand services to meet the needs of our community, the Camaraderie Foundation offers a vast array of opportunities. Our staff will help match your interest, abilities and talents with open volunteer positions. Your time commitment is based on your availability – ranging from a one-time opportunity to a regular basis. Please email us at info@camaraderiefoundation.com or call 407-841-0071 to learn more about getting involved in one of the following areas.

Special Event Planning Committee – Many opportunities are available to assist in planning special events from start to finish. Not only will you have the chance to make the event a success, but you’ll build good friendships along the way.

Community Ambassador – Being out in the community sharing stories about the impact counseling support has on service members is one of the easiest ways to share your passion. Learn how you can become an ambassador who helps educate the public about challenges facing the military community.

Day-Of Programs and Events – Not enough time in the day to make a huge commitment, but want to do your part in giving thanks? Volunteer to help with day-of coordination and logistics for programs or special events. Tell us how long you can assist, about which areas you are passionate, and your expertise, and we’ll make you part of our team.

In the Office – With our many day-to-day office needs, volunteers help keep our administrative costs low. We welcome any contribution of time – whether it’s an hour a week or several hours a day.

Leadership – As Camaraderie Foundation grows and our services expand, we look for Central Florida’s best and brightest to help guide us. If you are interested in learning more about the nominating process for our Board of Director’s, please let us know.
